Fees and Payment
Please send me in advance of mediations any documents, settlement offers, or other materials that will help me prepare for an effective mediation. There is no change for my review of these materials.

No Cancellation Fee
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel a session. At Mediation by Williams, we have a no-cancellation fee policy. We simply request that you provide a 24-hour cancellation notice, allowing me to accommodate other clients effectively.
Payment Due
Payment is due upon completion of each mediation session. When you schedule a mediation, please ensure that your client can meet their financial obligations to the mediator at the end of the session.
Fees will be split equally between the parties unless there is an agreement or order providing for a different fee split.
Payment
To insure a secure transaction process for payments, I use LawPay for your clients to pay their mediation fees. LawPay allows your clients to pay via a credit card or check, without a service charge of any kind, and it is totally secure. Your client’s credit card and bank account information is fully protected.
